I'm actually kind enough to give them 2 stars 1. Our room is not clean. Clearly, it hasn't been clean. 2. The remote of the airconditioner wasn't working. We have to call the staff for assistance. And it took him awhile to resolve the issue. We actually requested to be transferred since we wanted to sleep and rest for a bit. They did not even consider our request. 3. Bathroom. No shampoo, soap, tissue and shower curtain. You can't even properly close the bathroom door. Overall, I would strongly recommend booking elsewhere. I will not recommend this place unless this is a very last resort.
