We will definitely be back! We stayed late October for three nights in the main buiding, Junior Suite with view - wow!! Perfect location. Staff are super friendly and very attentive, nothing was a problem. Sunset - view this from your room, stroll 2 minutes across the road and watch over a cocktail or head into the water and watch the astonishing colours.
PEOPLE HAVE TO WATCH OUT FOR THIS CORRUPTED PLACE. don't get me wrong the Place was all in all Beautiful it is also near to the beach and near to the highway which makes it greater... but the staffs (not all but most) were money seeking, money sucking, money greedy corrupted people. Especially the one whos in the Concierge called Princess (shame on her parents for calling her that). All the time she's asking us for some money; 1st case was with the Island Hopping Van tour she hastily asked us for the money without ever giving us a receipt for the transaction. She even used flowers just to get the full attention of their guests.. next thing you know there are far more better offer outside of their hotels (who knows how much cut did she made on that transaction; i don't know) 2nd was when i wanted to reheat my 15 months old son's food. I went on the concierge to ask and seek for help but apparently this PRINCESS is an "energy saver" she went on ahead sayinh "sir may bayad po lahat dito" (sir everything here has a PRICE) this veteran even said it with a smile on her face. So i ended up paying 50 philippine pesos just for 1 reheating FIFTY PESOS for a 20 seconds reheating. 3rd subject (and probably the most dissatisfying of all) my mom (which by the way is a Person with Dissability) called in the night before and spoke with somebody to verify the check out time;which by that time somebody said to her our check out time will be 4pm. Ans the next morning to our great dismay somebody came in to our room to say that our check out time will be 12 am. And he came in at 10 am. so we all need to hustle up packing our things. . Of all hotels We've stayed (international included), this hotel service and credibility is the worst. They're corrupted, inconvenient, inconsistent, inconsiderate and somehow rude to the guests(well to us at least). Its sad.. so so sad
