The place is very nice and value for money. We payed 1900 for a triple room (we were just 2 but no availability for double rooms). The room is spacious and really clean. They provide toiletries and there is hot water also. There is a big garden in the front where you can relax and just outside the hotel, you can find the public market where food is definitely cheaper (and good) than the restaurants right on the beach. The staff also is very polite and helpful which I appreciate a lot here in Philippines, as it is difficult to find at times.. the main disadvantage is that it is not by the sea but in the end I do not find it that negative, the place is so small that you are at the beach just in 5 minutes so no worries about it. Overall, recommended.
