Stayed Overnight at Dusit D2 Hotel since it was the most convenient Hotel if staying at Lubi and availing the Shuttle Van. Check In was fast and efficient. We got the room on the 3rd Floor. View was a turn off if you look straight but looking to the right will give you a partial view of the Sea. Early morning some trucks will honk so if you are a sensitive sleeper request rooms facing the pool. Room was spacious, it had 2 very comfortable beds. The pillows though were Very Thin. They should replace this with fluffier pillows. Also noticed the absence of Water in the room. There was also no pricelist for the bar items. Bathroom was Spacious, the Hot Shower though needs Several Minutes to work plus the button changing to Hand Held / Rain Shower was defective. Location was good, near SM Lanang, Airport and Restaurants. If Check Out was fast and efficient, Check Out was Slow. There were only 2 Staff Present, other side at Concierge there were no Staff, confirming the observation of the lady in front of the hotel being Understaffed. Some areas of the hotel need some TLC like the area in the GYM where the tiles are missing, exposing the Cement and the hallway ceiling of 3rd Floor where there is a missing Light or Alarm and Watermarks are very Obvious.
