This place is so beautiful. The grounds are amazing and well kept. The views are stunning. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The food is delicious. The rooms do need a little updating. However you won't spend much time in the room. Only to sleep and shower. The beds are very comfortable.

We chose to have our simple beach Wedding Ceremony by the beautiful Waterfront Hotel. We had the exec. room for 12 nights and my husband and I were totally happy and satisfied with our accomodation. But sad to say that there is poor customer service and improper coordination with hotel/event coordinator and so with F&B staff during our Wedding reception at the Grand Agila. Wait staff are unsupervised. It took ages for them to refill the foods. It seems that there is no manager/supervisor during event/reception. Mini bar/drinks onsite is not prepared! As We requested the event coordinator with the choices of beers or wines to be serve for our guest as soon as they enter the reception...
