1. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The ride to the city center was much appreciated.|2. The breakfast was ok but choices were limited, the dinner was very salty.|3. The room was adequate, but nothing about it felt like a 5 star hotel even though the property's website says it was. The toilet was dirty even after asking it to be cleaned (the space between the toilet cover and the seat was filthy and remained the same till we left, the outside of the bowl yuck). Amenities not refilled, no hand soap or hand towels to dry hands in bathroom.|As the toilet and shower was outside, no real privacy as anyone could walk in on you at anytime.|I have to say we were very disappointed and would not be recommending it to anyone.|

Amazing stay! Don’t think twice about booking Pros: Hospitality was incredible Views were outstanding The room amenities were great The place is up the hill but they have great transportation service to get you where you need to go Cons The Wi-Fi was a little weak but to be expected when you go to such a remote part of the world (and eventually things load so unless you are trying to have a zoom call here you will be fine!)
