We love the room- huge (Executive suite) as well as the bathroom. With separate dining area and living room. We like the interior.|But..looks neglected, badly needs maintenance. Almost everything in the room- old and worn out. And the beddings, doesn't smell clean. With complete toiletries, bottled water and coffee though.|The whole facilities are poorly maintained. Huge swimming pool, with lifeguard and towels available by the pool. Sadly, the pool water is dirty and needs vacuuming.|The elevator doesn't close smoothly, it creates eerie sound.|Food- quite expensive, but taste good, except congee. But they have nice and accomodating servers.|Hotel staffs are kind and helpful.||
