Had a lovely stay at Parrot Resort Moalboal. The rooms were nice, clean and big, as a as the bathroom. The staff helped us to sort a transfer to and from Cebu which all went very smoothly. Some of the other reviews mention a lot of rules - there are a lot of rules but none of them are silly, they have all clearly come about from some bad incidents the hotel has had to deal with. We didn't have any issues with them. Some examples of the rules: Not making too much noise late at night in the communal area. Don't stain the bedding with suncream. Makes sense really. The parrots were lovely but sometimes made noise early in the morning and late at night. Nothing some earplugs couldn't resolve. We didn't have any noise from roosters. The pool was nice and clean and the staff were all very friendly. The hotel is very close to everything. A 5 minute walk to the beach for the sardines and loads of lovely restaurants very close by. We had a great experience here and I'd stay again if visiting the area.
