Pros - Clean, has all the basics; spacious rooms, cable TV with lots of channels - Front desk staff are attentive, pleasant, and professional. Housekeeping staff are also fast and responsive - Great location, a 10 to 15-minute walk from Subic Bay Freeport Zone, malls are nearby, 24-hr supermarket a short walk away - Private car parking available at the back, allowed us to park a bike at their garage Cons - Noise can be heard from the hallway and the main road downstairs; was especially worse when there was a mini-event/karaoke party across the street - the only socket behind the bed wasn't working. We had to buy an extension cord from the nearby hardware store and use the TV's plug - Weak water pressure, though this seems to be a common problem around the area. Bidet also broke down - Housekeeping scattered the used sheets and other stuff on the hallway to organize them. Wasn't a big issue but it was just weird - Slow WiFi even though the router was outside our door Verdict: Good value hotel, you get what you pay for. A place to sleep, not exactly to relax. Stayed here Dec 2022 for the Audax Subic event
