My family and I just spent 4 nights at the A11 apartments and I can't say enough how amazing this place is. We booked through our credit card rewards and unfortunately they don't allow us to write a review over there but I had to use google to write a review to do justice to this place. We stayed in the 2 bedroom executive apt and it was really spacious, clean, modern and it had everything we needed to make our trip comfortable and enjoyable. We had our own private sauna and the option to get massages and use the jacuzzi for super cheap (which we did and it was great). The location was perfect and if you are renting a car they have a private parking space as well. We were also able to use the indoor pool and the kids had a blast. Lastly the host was extremely helpful, always willing to help, answer questions, give suggestions and went above and beyond to make our stay simply amazing. We are very grateful for her help and for our experience with A11 apts.

Myself and my husband have just left Krakow after a 5 night stay here at the A11 Apartments.|The place is a great location for exploring this beautiful city, right in between the Old Town and the Jewish Quarter and not too far from the Ghetto for a bit of history either!|We firstly booked 3 nights then quickly decided we wanted to stay a 4th, the hosts Szemek and his partner Dominika were absolutely brilliant and so accommodating to change our booking.|We told them on email that we were there for our 1st year anniversary and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and box of chocolates which was a lovely touch.|We then decided to stay and extra night and they provided us with a £15 discount for the night! The rooms are lovely and clean, we stayed in the 2 bedroom on the ground floor for the 1st 3 nights which was huge, then a studio with balcony for the last 2. As we decided last minute to book the extra nights the 2 bedroom had alrady been booked. We were going to Auschwitz early in the morning on the change over day but the hosts allowed us to keep our things in the room and said that they would move everything for us.||The pool and gym were also great, we didnt use the Spa but i am surely would be equally great.||A great stay and we will definitely be back!||Thank you Szemek & Dominika and hopefully see you soon 😊
