Do like staying at this hotel. Team are very friendly & helpful. Well located in the city centre. A few minutes walk from the old town, bus/train stations. Decent size room with a comfortable bed & powerful shower. Had a few cleaning room issues this time. After night one I used the green don't clean sign, then did not use it for the further 3 nights but no one cleaned my room. After arriving back late at night from a visit to Berlin I had to ask reception to change my bed sheets and for clean towels. She was very helpful but it was annoying no one cleaned my room especially as the bin was overflowing & new towels & sheets were required. Will stay again but will check each day with reception that my room will be cleaned.
