My opinion about this facility is a bad experience. I am someone who travels a lot. I am a former customer of Booking.com. I will write about the problems in this facility one by one. 1) Too much money was charged to my credit card. They did not answer my questions about this in a timely manner. My holiday is over but the problem is still not solved. I don't blame the facility for this. I'm trying to find out who's at fault. But I also experienced this problem in this facility. 2) I chose the two-storey apartment here. First of all, there is a scam here. I did not stay in the apartment in the photos. I slept in a cage on the second floor. People can get injured in this apartment while using the second floor stairs. 3) I asked them about kitchen utensils for cooking in the apartment. You can see the pot in the photo. I don't even want to comment. 4) I paid a high amount for this flat. But there was no body shampoo, hair shampoo, foot towel or hand towel in the bathroom. There were only body towels in the bathroom. But Towels were of poor quality. Do I have to take these with me when I travel? 5) The walls were dirty. The guests probably killed bugs on the walls. And no one has cleaned them from the walls. 6) I went to the reception. I asked them about the Wi-Fi in that area. A staff member said there is Wi-Fi. Other staff said Wi-Fi wasn't working. Can you imagine this? The staff is not friendly and helpful. 8) Even the reception is a dirty area. As you can see in the photo, there are spiders on the wall. And the staff welcome customers in this area. 9) The bed and pillow quality is absolutely terrible. I have never seen such a bad bed in any of my travels. As a result, this facility is a complete disappointment for me. This place is not cheap. But you don't get your money's worth. There may be those who doubt these comments. I took many photos.
