Hotel Altus Palace exceeded all our expectations. The hotel’s decoration was nothing short of amazing, creating a truly luxurious and memorable ambiance. Its prime location made it convenient for exploring the area. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to cater to different tastes. Furthermore, the hotel’s facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff’s friendly and helpful demeanor truly enhanced the overall experience, Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a remarkable and hassle-free stay.

Tl:dr Luxurious design hotel close to train station and old town market square, top notch service. Be aware of the rooms on the street side, especially on first floor you get lots of tram noise. Highly recommended for staying in Wroclaw. We stayed for three nights in an apartment, with breakfast included. Everything about the hotel was fantastic, clean, and lots of design details making you feel comfortable and relaxed. - bed is great, on the firm side - offered baby crib. - housekeeping service was fast to respond to requests - breakfast was awesome. Lots of options in buffet as well as a la carte items. Delicious but not overwhelming. - location is perfect regarding the distance to train station and main square. It’s close to everything. 5 minutes walk to the shopping malls, 20 minutes tram ride to the zoo. The only complaint is the room on the street side. We got room 105 and it’s right next to the street on the first floor, which means every time the street car passes, the floor is rumbling and it is loud! So, if this bothers you definitely ask for the rooms on the park side. The second day we were offered to switch to the junior suite but considering we have kids we decided to stay in the apartment. Kudos to the hotel staff to accommodate our complaint and request. This is a place I’d stay again next time in Wroclaw! Love our experience.
