Excellent facilities. The hotel has great and clean rooms, which helps feeling very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and the hotel laundry services really excel. The hotel is very well located and nearby market square area. I really recommend staying at Wyndham Wroclaw Old Town when visiting Wroclaw/PL.

Terribly disappointed by this hotel. I was informed that they were doing construction during my stay, but the email said 10am-6pm was working hours. I was awoke to drilling on the wall next to me at 7:45am. This continued the next morning as well. Looking at previous reviews, this was noted 4 months ago and the hotel responded that this should not be happening this early, but obviously they do not care as it is continuing. As far as the room it was very noisy from the construction, and also street noise/people outside. Also, it was extremely dirty. The towels were stained, the bedding was dirty and had stains all over. The furniture was scratched and looked like it had been used for decades too long. The shower head only had half the water spouts actually working. Some of the electrical outlets did not work. The television kept turning itself on during the middle of the night with the only fix to unplug the tv from the wall. The only nice thing about this hotel was the staff and the location to old town, other than those two things, do not stay at this hotel. A refund would be appreciated as this hotel made our experience and vacation in Wroclaw very disappointing
