There was a poop on toilet brush and it was not mine. Dirty walls in bedroom +cracked paint on walls. Dirty not washed knifes at kitchen. Lame breakfast served in plastic containers (every breakfast was cold+ almost the same every day. In hot tube was so many chemicals. Our eyes were ,,bleeding" just when we entered. Hotel service does not include cleaning room. Service didn't even ask if we would like to clean room. We ran out of toilet paper second day after arrival. Lame small wellness. There is no restaurant at hotel. The price corresponds the quality of this hotel. I guess this hotel could be good for families with children, but it certainly does not meet the standard of a 5-star hotel .
Clean. New. Spacious. Great staff. Great location if have a car. Loved it. 3 min to zakopane slops. 🙏
