This is by far the cleanest hotel I have even stayed at, with beautiful interiors and every detail in the hotel is attended to. This hotel is an easy walk to the main street in Zakopane, and the check in process was quick and easy. The onsite restaurant is absolutely beautiful, and the breakfast has many options and very good service. The pool and hot tub are absolutely worth a visit; very clean and relaxing place to be. ||As to the room, it was very nice, I love all the customization and all the wood in the room. The balcony is very spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. The showers were great as well! ||The biggest downside is I paid for a room with a view, and upon check in (long flight, then a 2 hour plus drive), I got to the room and saw that there was no view from our balcony. The view looked upon a neighbor’s house and backyard, where there are tall weeks and propane tanks. I went back down to the check in, and the woman insisted that we had a room with a beautiful view, and I would be SO happy when I could see the mountains once the fog cleared. She said if I wasn’t happy she would move me in the morning – but we all know that when we are tired we just want to get to our room. So the next day I discovered our “beautiful view”, which isn’t really a view at all. I am bummed I paid extra for the “view”, and I would advise anyone from paying extra for a view, especially if you are going to stay in rooms 124 to 128. ||I would stay here again, but I wouldn’t pay for a view, (unless I was able to see what the view would actually be). |

The service is amazing. A fast and seamless check in. The parking is with a key pass which I thought was smart. The staff are super helpful and will bring you whatever you need. The hotel itself is very kid friendly. There is a great pool and hot tub and four saunas. Quite good to relax. Also breakfast is a selling factor for sure. The restaurant is amazing. And has a good view too. Super close to all the attractions. And you can even walk to the cable car. If you like to do a little trek. Overall I would say it’s one of my favourite places I’ve ever stayed.
