The hotel is not too far from Zakopane's main street, Krupówki, about 4 kilometers away. It's in a quiet area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are big, clean, and have comfy beds. Breakfast is included and yummy with lots of choices. They have both indoor and outdoor swimming pools and plenty of free parking. The prices are reasonable for all the complementary things they offer.

We are very disappointed with this place. We arrived in the middle of the week and half of the services were not available. Sauna , jacuzzi and dinners were not available even though we paid for it as a part of the room fee. Breakfast had minimum options as well. Then when Friday night and Saturday hit all the sudden everything was working fine and everything was available. If you planning to book this hotel in the middle of the week pls be advised that you won’t get full service even though you paid for it. When we were walking around the city there is planety better options available. Hotel pictures are also photoshop so pls don’t get full . This place and location of this place is not spectacular AT ALL. And hotel is not as big as they show on images. I would definitely give 5 starts to photographers and marketing team but I would never recommend this place
