Perfect stay! Staff, rooms, breakfast, location and overall atmosphere were brilliant. Free entry to the spa, paid parking outside or in the garage. When I'm in Zakopane again, I'll definitely stay in this hotel.

Pros: - The value for money is quite good. - The hotel's location is in a quiet area but relatively close to the center, just a 7-10 minute walk. - The breakfast is decent. It's not five-star quality, but it's reasonably satisfactory. Cons: - Stairs are a problem; there are places you can't reach with a stroller without having to ascend or descend steps. - Housekeeping is late. We usually return to a cleaned room by 3:00 PM in most hotels, but here, it was still messy. - The hotel and room standards are at most 3-star quality. - There was no robe in the room, and slippers were only provided for one adult couple; there weren’t any for a child. - No crib was available, and the secondary foldable bed was in bad condition. - Everything needed to be requested; nothing was automatically provided. - The bar isn't refrigerated at all. For a 5-star hotel, I expected much better service. My rating: 5/10.
