The hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was just okay. It was in a good location - close to the restaurants and shopping, but still quiet. The rooms were a decent size. There are stairs to go up to the room, which wasn’t a problem for us, but I know it might be an issue for some people. Overall it was a nice hotel and I would recommend it to someone looking for a place to stay in Zakopane.
Nice modern hotel located in the centre of town. Well maintained and excellent service. Staff can speak English well, the rooms are large and the beds comfortable. A taxi fare should be 20 Zolty to the railway station. Many taxi drivers will try to charge more. The breakfast is mixed and plentiful. Many foods available. The only issues i have experienced is that the breakfast time is only from 8 to 10 am. Also the breakfast dinning area is extremely small. It is usually more empty after 9 am. Also there is no elevator so all bags have to.be taken by hand upstairs. Still a very lovely place to stay and many good shops, supermarket, chemist and restaurants nearby.
