The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Check in was fast and efficient. Overall great friendly staff. The restaurant Flor de Caña is fantastic. Breakfast buffet was very plentiful and with a good variety. Dinner was also great. The staff at the restaurant was very nice especially David. He went out of his way to accommodate us during the NBA Finals so we were able to enjoy the game at the pool bar. Another night that the restaurant was packed, Luis Torres took very good care of us outside by the pool and our food was served quick and it was delicious. Overall it was another great experience at Four Points Caguas, our choice every time we travel to PR.

Person who made the reservation: Olga Sáez Date: 3/30/2023 My parents and I reserved a room for one night to attend a family event. We specifically requested a 2 queen bed room with amenities for disabled people (if it wasn’t possible get a room on the first floor one close to the elevators, bars in the bathroom etc.). The person who did the reservation over the phone assured that everything was going to be taken care of. When we got there, the person on the reception desk, just gave us the room keys and directions to the room and nothing else. When we get to the room, there was only one bed, and a sofa bed that had seen better days, also the bathroom had no security bars like we requested. We returned to the reception to inquire about the discrepancies and the lady there said that she took the liberty to change the room for us without our knowledge, because she thought would be of easier access to us. We insisted that the room lacked the amenities we requested and she tried to convince us to take it. At the end she concede to our request, but we had to insist for a couple of minutes and that is unacceptable. Last time we make reservations in that place.
