LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS!!! Do NOT stay here! 1st.) It’s not worth your money, it’s waaaay overpriced! (About this room) It’s an expensive 4 star hotel, a night is about $400 and even more when you get the ocean balcony view. The rooms are tiny, with an ugly blue light everywhere, from the elevator to the hotel hallways, and even worse your room is this dim tacky blue club light that you cannot change. Maybe to cover up the poor cleaning & sanitation “they do”. The floors are disgusting you better always wear sandals or shoes. We stayed here 3 nights and not once they ever came to do the house cleaning. The “balcony” is one step followed by wall railing just to say you have a balcony, it’s a tiny little space barely two people can stand outside, it’s useless. 2.) Horrible front desk service!!! (Details as I’m why) Wasn’t expecting to be treated as kings but at least just politeness and common courtesy of a paying customer. There wasn’t any coordination between the front desk and the rooftop services. We were told that as hotel guest as long as we arrived before 10:30pm we would be served, but instead we were met by a frustrated restaurant manager who shut the door in our face at 10:20 because they were done for the night, we couldn’t even order to go, even tho we were told they would even sit us down so we could eat even if we got there at late as 10:29. The vibe of of the staff was just plain out rude. They force a hotel fee of $120 even if you don’t use their beach accommodations, not a single day we used their chairs nor their umbrella nor anything they offered or the pool, even tho we told them we wouldn’t use them you have pay it. ALSO they force a valet fee of $17 a day because they don’t have parking. They tell you, you can park your car a block away at a 24 hour parking structure that will charge even more. 3.) The reason they get 2 stars rating One.) The view space is short but very beautiful, the beach and palm trees are very beautiful scenery and picturesque view. Two.) The valet parking guys are AMAZING, beyond nice, very accommodating and very fast service. Literally they sprint to get your car from their lot as soon as you show up. They open your doors carry your things with a very warm smile and a professional demeanor. They are very polite and nice, over all just good vibes. They are the saving grace of this so called 4 star hotel. ***DONT BOOK BASED ON THE PICTURES! They are a scam and over romanticized. This is the only reason why we booked with them, %90 of the time we always read reviews before booking a place but we made the mistake of not doing the same for this place 😫
