The location is very nice and central. There are lots of American restaurants nearby so if you are uncomfortable trying new foods, then this is a great location or if you have picky eaters. The hotel is not good for business travelers. They have a group that takes up the top floor and plays music until after midnight. They also have resort fees that are $100 a night even though there are no resort amenities. Just a basic pool and small gym. The rooms are very dark so working from the hotel is not an option. I do not recommend this hotel for business travelers. The bathrooms could use a good deep clean for the showers. The room generally feels damp.

Everything from room cleanliness, service, and location were spot on. Everything has a nice view and the service was top notch. Sadly didn’t get to try the breakfast buffet they offer but planning on booking my next stay here when I come back to Puerto Rico!
