Indeed, here's a revised version: --- Regrettably, despite the hotel's potential, the lack of in-service support and room maintenance severely taints its promise. This being our second visit, while the dining staff and breakfast service are commendable, the glaring issues overshadow any positives. The shower's scalding hot water and the faulty room entrance, necessitating manual effort to lock it, create an uncomfortable situation, rendering the overall experience unpleasant. Moreover, the iron's water leakage ruined one of my expensive shirts, forcing its disposal. Although the front desk responded promptly, the competence of the maintenance staff remains questionable. This deeply dissatisfying encounter makes us unlikely to return anytime soon. I am compelled to dissuade family and friends from considering this establishment. Furthermore, despite negotiations for a room change, persistent problems continued. Maintenance was repeatedly called to address various bathroom issues, taking two unacceptable days to resolve the problems. Additionally, a broken toilet seat pin required replacement. The front desk's infrequent availability and unresponsive cleanliness, limited to mediocre bed-making without replenishing shampoo or soap, exacerbated the disappointment. After numerous hotel stays, both for business and personal reasons, this stands out as the epitome of subpar service and support. I strongly recommend urgent attention to the hotel's staff and overall customer support system. Unfortunately, I must advise others to steer clear of this establishment, be it for business or personal stays. --- How does this revised version align with your expectations? Thoroughly disappointed and disgusted with everything and tired. Even the breakfast was redundant and lacked variety and imagination. It is a pity for such a great location to lack so much.
