Solid 3 stars. The food was delicious. The apartment style rooms are spacious. But the outdoor space really let things down. The outdoor pool needs some attention, tiles missing and cracked, the outside gardens/plants are looking very sad. Dirty sun loungers. The electrics in the aircon system was exposed in our room, but it didn't seem to be an issue. The outdoor pool is much better than the indoor pool. Indoor pool really not inviting. Sauna and steam room are tiny closet size- 2 people comfortably. Have to purchase (€5) swim hats for the indoor pool but not the outdoor one. Only cash no card option in the health spa. Maybe its end of season but 3 stars feels about right

I'm not sure how this place has so many good reviews. Its a 2-3 star at best. In a nutshell, the hotel is dated, the furniture is dirty and old. Our patio door was broken and didn't lock. The shower head was broken. The all inclusive is a complete waste of money. They make and bottle their own wine and that's the only wine they serve (its undrinkable). The "cocktails" are just liquor in a plastic cup with soda or slush. The food was cold at every meal and totally inedible. Even the a la carte restaurants are a joke. I will definitely not be going back
