Reception staff are extremely helpful and efficient Caddie Master/golf clubs/baggage storage also very good and helpful Rooms are fantastic and spacious, bathroom facilities are also very good Food in the restaurant was of a great standard Negatives? The one area that this resort lets itself down is the “obsession” that some of the restaurant staff have with the fact you must book a table before you eat there. Most would understand and allow you to eat, but having stayed there on the weekend just gone, we had a regrettable situation where even though the restaurant was less than 25% full, a couple of our touring party were told that they must get their food and eat outside (even in the pouring rain and wind that was around?) Just shows a lack of common sense to me!! Again mostly great experience had by all 12 of our party, but the attitude by a minority of the senior restaurant staff means I can’t give the resort a 5 star review. Many thanks again to all of the staff that had a helpful, efficient and service industry mindset

Very handy place to stay, next to Salgados golf course. Transfers to their other 2 courses. Bars adequate, all inclusive buffet food in restaurants OK but not as good as other places, always not hot enough. Be careful if it rains as accommodation floors get very slippery.
