W hotels never disappoint, i stayed here with my family and it was a blast. Most respectful and friendliest staff ever. The breakfast was delicious, the pool area and the food / lunch is perfect, rooms are big and clean, they always provided water bottles, new fresh towels , and tissue boxes daily without having to ask them to. The hotel also has activities and a gym which are also great. Reception and the “whatever and whenever team” are the most helpful and very welcoming, the atmosphere and vibes are great and it was never a dull moment staying in here. The staff members that work in the door and help with bags are so respectful, helpful, and friendly. Me and my family truly enjoyed the stay, when we come back we will differently come back!

Stayed here for a week during June over my birthday. Best hotel service I've ever received, staff were all absolutely incredible and catered to every request (only 'complaint' would be no bottle/recognition of my 30th birthday?). The presentation and design of the hotel (pool/gym/reception/rooms) was nothing short of jaw-dropping. The location is great too, near the beach/local shops and restaurants/within driving distance of several golf courses. Would recommend hiring a car to get around (+valet service is included!) but the hotel offers a free shuttle also. Decent dining/bar options on-site, if a little pricey..
