I’ve been visiting different hotels from this chain, and in general I’m quite satisfied. I really enjoyed the view from the room, even though there wasn’t any pleasing way to enjoy it. I got a room with village view, but to see it I needed to be standing and on the window. It would be better to have a larger window, that you could see from it you were sitting down. Had breakfast in two days, one had a very good variety of cheeses and traditional sweets, the other was a lot poorer… I’m not sure they were ready for a full hotel. Had dinner twice, and followed the advice of not choosing the buffet. One day we choose a la carte dish, on the other we had the dish of the day. The food was low to ok. The turkey was ok, but the cod fish was very poor. For me the biggest thing to improve is the quality of the food. The room was nice, but in our room you could hear some noise from other rooms and from other guests in the hall. The beds were nice. I like the open area with a lot of room to sit and have conversations. Sadly they didn’t turn any of the fireplaces on 😔 I was not able to experiment the pool, but the gym and was very poor and needed new equipment. The Wi-Fi was terrible… this needs major improvements. I had to use my on network the majority of the time.
