First of all the best thing about this guest house is the location, on the photos everything looks nice and new, in reality looks good but pretty used, our room was on second floor so the bathroom was spacious and good. We never used the terrace and kitchen. And here we go, living in this property is like THROWING THE DICES, you never know what you have to expect, i mean if you are lucky enought and you had in other rooms neighbours who use not to be noisy/disturbing the silence during night time you are lucky one. Keep in mind 2 rooms downstairs 2 rooms upstairs, soundproofing is almost zero - so for example if somebody open-close the door you hear that, when somebody use the bathroom you hear that, our room was between bathroom and terrace, so if somebody are on the terrace - you will not sleep, and when somebody are using toilet you hear that. (P.S. about toilets some times toilets are unflushed/dirty) And now you maybe understad what i mean when i say about "throwing the dices".
