My family and i wanted to take time off from all the hard work we did during summer, so we decided to book this luxury 4 star hotel for our relaxation. We booked a suite for three nights. -we had a partial view of the beach - balconies we very dirty and stained - the room didn’t come with any coffee making facility - we had only one 33cl complimentary water per day for a family of 5 - no bathrobes or slippers - their breakfast was inconsistent, we ordered room service for our breakfast on several occasions, on each occasion the breakfast was inconsistent, either the forgot to add something or they didn’t park something, we always have to call to get whatever is missing. - Air conditioning are timed, we just noticed that sometimes we cant turn on our air conditioners. Overall it was over priced for the service they rendered.
