They didn’t mention that there is going to be very loud construction works that makes it almost impossible to stay in your room. And there is no any compensation or even possibility to change the room. It wouldn’t be such a thing, but it’s pouring rain outside so going out is not an option. Charging customers full price to stay in construction site is very nice thing to do. Soundproofing is poor, it sounds like someone is walking in your room when someone is walking in the room above you. Rooms are bit outdated since there is no possibility to charge your phone near bed, like in most hotels does nowadays. There is also strange splashes on walls in every room so cleaning isn’t that precise. The sercive is quite far from 4 star hotel standards. There is struggle in simple things, like changing towels, for example, I left towels on the floor to get them changed, the towels were gone for 3 days until I went to reception to demand to get new ones. Sad to say, but only good things are the location, proper air conditioner, beds and ocean view.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my husband for five nights, and I was truly impressed. The customer service was fantastic, and the rooms were exceptionally clean. The hotel's location next to a shopping center was a great convenience for us, especially when we wanted to try pastries and needed medication. There were a few hiccups during our stay; the bathroom fan made a loud noise. Despite that, I still enjoyed our overall experience at the hotel, thanks to the excellent customer service and cleanliness of the rooms. We would definitely return. Thank you for a great stay!
