Me and my family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel staff were very welcoming and polite. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a lot of options to choose from. The highlight of the breakfast was a freshly made omelet by Hari and his hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Lovely hotel and service. Great facilities, especially the indoor pool which is heated. Loved the omelettes for breakfast by chef Hari. We were in Madeira for the first time and staying for a week for my wife's birthday. I requested for an upgrade (gold elite member), and Artur somehow managed to get us one. Only star taken off for the relatively hard mattresses and minimal charging points in the rooms! But not a deal breaker...
