Good location. Great hotel if you are a Ronaldo fan! All staff had excellent customer service skills. Food was nice, especially the pizzas.||Constructive criticism - bathrooms need updating and better air conditioning consistency needed in certain rooms. 111 too hot - 109 too cold.

Very good hotel with excellent service from all of the staff. Hotel is very clean & modern. We stayed half board for 7 nights, buffet breakfast was excellent & the chefs will make you poached eggs, omelettes or bacon, evening meals are all cooked to order. All food was served hot & you get large portions with side’s included. Quality of food is excellent. Would have liked a few more choices on the evening menu however the chefs are more than happy to vary your meals to suit. |We had harbour view rooms & loved it. Great location & a nice 10 minutes flat walk down to the old town. Drink prices are reasonable & again you get good measures. Wi-Fi is good in rooms & downstairs in the bar & restaurant however you lose the signal at the pool & outside on the terrace. This needs to be improved by the hotel. All-in-all a great hotel with exceptional service, the hotel delivered champagne & a cake to our room for my partners birthday, lovely touch & was really appreciated. Special thanks to Hugo for his excellent service, can’t remember all the names of the staff but they are all great👍
