The staff here were great and nothing was to much trouble for them and they were fantastic with our children. The rooms were immaculate and pristine. The breakfast was your usual buffet type and was great. The bar snacks were wholesome and very reasonable in price, I would recommend the lasagne I had it more than once very tasty.

This hotel is amazing. The rooms are clean, however the bathroom door does not lock and there are gaps between the door and wall. The food is delicious, there is more than enough choice for breakfast and tea. There is no lunch served as such but they do have a menu at the pool bar that has more than enough choice on. The cocktails were so good, slightly overpriced but nothing that I didn't expect. The staff are great, nothing is too much trouble and they are lovely especially Christiano and Thiago. For me, the main problem (nothing to do with the hotel itself) is that it is too far from Vilamoura. The walk is nearly 3 miles and although doable, we couldn't do it every day. But Uber is only about £6 to get there. We went to Portugal after the kids went back to school do it never felt too busy even though the website said it was full. |The waterpark that is attached is incredible. Considering the hotel is far from anything else, this is a major selling point. Loads to do.
