It’s been a great stay. The location is great the staff has been very kind and helpful. Housekeeping staff was polite when we asked for extra towels or more bathroom paper. The front desk staff are always ready to assist by answering questions or calling for a cab. My husband arranged for flowers, chocolate and champagne to be in the room when we arrived and the presentation did not disappoint. It was beautiful and delicious. We scheduled a couple’s massage, the massage it’s self was fantastic however the atmosphere was not conducive for relaxing. It often sounded like someone was trying to open the door during our massage and some door kept slamming. It was a bit annoying because it kept startling me out of a restful trans. My husband never gets a massage and he felt his experience was interrupted also. Maybe putting quite signs in the hall or changing the sign to say “massage room” would help keep the environment quiet.
