Our first trip to the Azores and this hotel was a delight. Clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploration of the island. They offer covered parking and a delicious buffet breakfast was included. We particularly enjoyed the bathrobes provided and the relaxing spa with pool, hot tub and saunas on the first floor, as well as the balcony overlooking the port. The front desk staff provided excellent recommendations and polite assistance. Highly recommend. It is also close to the airport.

Booked based on reviews and were not disappointed. Front desk noted all requests and replied to emails promptly. Ocean view room is recommended, location is central, concierge is great(tours, taxi, restaurants, spa reservations). Based on availability they are quite accommodating for early check in and late check out. Bar is nice, breakfast spread is good (you can get eggs made to order), housekeeping is excellent. Only praises, no complaints- well run. The doorman even tried to help when my tour guide’s car had a mechanical problem. Very nice stay!
