We had a wonderful week staying in a one bedroom villa 5a. Lovely sea view, which wasn't expected, large sun terrace with sunbeds & table with chairs. The villa was very well equipped & clean. The staff were excellent, Housekeeping to the reception staff all made our stay special, the staff are wonderful. They all work so hard. Great location, 10-15 minute stroll into Alvor village either by road or the boardwalk. Restaurants & supermarkets also within a few metres of the villas. Villa 5a was only a few metres from the beach, we could here the waves, so lovely. The only thing that needs improvement is the beds, the mattress was very hard & lumpy and needs to be replaced. We have stayed in Alvor numerous times but this was our first time staying here at the beach villas, we will definitely be returning. We had a lovely holiday. Thank you so much to all the staff.

Spacious comfortable good AC great location and beach. Staff very friendly and helpful. However this part of the Pestana complex is a little tired and run down. However we wouldn't hesitate to go back.
