We were so happy with our trip here. Amazing time for the whole family. The pool was cold, but the staff so warm. Good food, gorgeous facilities. Our room was stunning. We loved the balcony. It felt very much like home. Also our daughter LOVED the kids club (first time ever)- the staff was amazing. Thank you!

Nice hotel, all inclusive was worth it. Good location. Friendly staff . The only thing “less then great” was the lack of variety at meal times. The food was great quality but it did lack variety. Desert selection was also poor. Cocktails bar was excellent. Italian restaurant was really nice too however the manager is very rude , all the other staff there were really friendly. Oh the main swimming pool was not heated and was freezing in September. Maybe because the weather wasn’t great?
