A beautiful hotel with a warm welcome. We came here for our honeymoon. When you arrive you get a welcome drink. On the room we got a Bleu Moscato very good one. All is new and clean looking. Rooms are very clean and smelling nice. And the beds are very comfortable. The view on the sea is very beautiful. Infinity pool on the roof, gym and spa and pool downstairs. Great, friendly and hardworking staff. The breakfast is very diverse with lots of great fresh fruits and some madeirian tasty delicacies. On Saturdays there's a Madeirian buffet which is very nice and the other days you have a la carte. The bartender was very kind and willing to mix a Nikita cocktail for us that was not on the menu. It was very delicious. The hotel is in walking distance from de famous natural pools, entrance normally cost 3 euro's but at the reception you can get free tickets. Overall a great place and we will definitely come back sometime 😉 One little improvement put up a sign to indicate where the parking is. Don't park on the spaces marked with M on the street. Those are for Madeirian citizens 😉
