Overall experience was good. Location is good and staff extremely attentive and kind. It was strange for me that the rooms did not have a working desk. I thought it was just my room, but asked the reception and was told that none of the rooms had a desk. Mercure hotels are used by many people traveling on business, what was my case. So, a working desk is really necessary. Another point to mention is the absence of a gym facilities. This might be a reason to look for another hotel.

Very well hosted in this hotel. From reception to room services and facilities, a very good stay. Friendly staff, good breakfast, awesome facilities, close to shopping center, restaurants, etc. The only slightly negative point would be the location for those who want to be in the center of everything.
