Excellent customer relations from Steve and Mufeed the duty managers, Ricky the amazing concierge who arranged everything you needed and Malik and Ssuka at the restaurant. The guys that cleaned our room Pabitra and Hassan were most helpful and did an excellent job.

I've spend a whole month at Dusit for work and the hotel staff made my stay very easy and confortable, I felt at home! Event managers (Diana and Mohamed) and their teams are very organized, arranging and welcoming🙏🏻 Cleaning staff (Hassan and Pabrita) are very efficient and friendly. Catering staff are very nice and proactive, food is delicious😋 Swimming pool, Gym and Spa are spot on. I can definitely recommend this hotel for a short or a long stay! This hotel is extremely professional in term of welcoming professional sports teams at the same time. Many thanks to all Dusit staff💪🏻
