I recently stayed at this hotel and wanted to share my experience. While there were some positive aspects, I have a few concerns that I believe need attention. Firstly, I noticed that the elevators require maintenance. Throughout my stay, there was a persistent abnormal sound coming from the elevators. This was quite noticeable and made for an unpleasant experience. I would strongly recommend addressing this issue promptly to ensure the comfort and safety of your guests. Secondly, I found the parking situation to be inadequate. Considering the number of rooms in the hotel, there were simply not enough parking spaces available. As a result, I had to park my vehicle around 5 minutes away from the hotel and walk back. This was inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage. I suggest exploring options to increase the parking capacity or providing alternative arrangements for guests who are unable to find parking on-site. Despite these concerns, I would like to acknowledge the positive aspects of my stay. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and the overall cleanliness of the premises was satisfactory. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. In conclusion, I urge the hotel management to prioritize maintenance of the elevators and address the sound issue promptly. Additionally, please consider expanding the parking facilities to cater to the number of rooms available. By addressing these concerns, I believe the overall experience for guests will be significantly improved.

Firstly I confirmed my pick up from the airport with 3 different staff. Each one gave me a different price. I confirmed the evening before my arrival yet no one was there to pick us up. Had to make alternate arrangements and had a deposit not been paid that I would then lose I would have gone to another hotel. Rooms are spacious but nothing else was good. Poor service all round. Had 3 rooms as we were a big family. Tea making facilities but not one room had a teaspoon. Not much better at breakfast. Always had to ask for cutlery and wait 15 minutes and keep asking. Buffet always out of milk. Not enough towels. Towels were not replaced for clean ones even when we asked. Also on arrival my son’s sheets were soiled with blood so had to wait for housekeeping to change them once more at 11 at night. The night before our departure we confirmed and paid for our transfer to the airport. There was a delay and we made it just in time to catch our flight. Charged us QAR300 but the Uber only cost QAR35. Will definitely not be returning to the Ramada. Was our first trip to Doha and the hotel made it a terrible experience.
