Cozy hotel. Staff are kind, though most of the reception and spa are arabic speakers who have problems communicating in other languages, including English. Hotel amenities are good. Food is fine, but expensive. They charge extra if you pay in dollars, better do the exchange outside. In general, good place and I would do it again.

Its a waste that this hotel is visually nice and the location is perfect but the Arab staff that wear glasses is incredibly rude and the night life is unbearable. They have 2 clubs in a 4 floor hotel! You can literally feel the walls and glass walls shaking from the club noises. Everytime we politely ask them to turn it down, we are met with rude sneers and attitude. They cant even reassure us even if its a lie. They straight up tell us “sounds like a you problem” 1 star is for the very soft tooth brush 😗💦 The shocking thing is that its so close to Qatar university how is this allowed near students!
