Clean, nice space. Friendly host. Attention for details is obviouse in all public spaces. Could use the same in the room. Our room was lacking some decoration to have the same nice feeling like outside of it. In the summer, the lack of A/C might bring some discomfort. The center is about 30 min walking, but easy to reach. The area is quiet and clean.
Villa Williams is an amazing hôtel quite close to the city center while being in a quiet area. The owner is a nice, fine and gentle lady who can speak fluently (at least) three languages : Romanian, french and English. The room was beautiful, perfectly clean, very spacious and all the furnitures were modern. In the morning, there was coffee offered, and a private parking is available for guests. I warmly recommend going to villa Williams if you go to Brasov !
