It is not worth the money!!!! It shouldn’t have more than 3*, although it is rated as 4*. AWFUL!!!! Very old furniture, no TV signal, very uncomfortable bad, horrible bathroom, no parking area close to it, just in front of Arena Regia. Avoid it!!!!

This place was a great spot for a retreat after the pandemic. But it has changed in 2022. The restaurant staff is rushed and not well trained. They took away full plates of food, even though I told them 3 times not to do it. I guess it's my fault for needing to take care of my baby girl.||||The rooms aren't properly cleaned any more, not to mention the balcony. The mattress in our room was horrible. But all is eclipsed by the audacity of the restaurant staff. I didn't ask for much, just a little respect and patience. I really need to warn others not to go, especially if you have kids. The prices have gone up considerably, and the services are no longer worth it.
