The hotel was fine, but I don't know what to say about the 3 star ratings, it felt more like a 2 star hotel. Don't expect that much quality, our AC wasn't working, some other people had no AC at all and had to use a heater in their room. The shower was rusted and leaking, and it was dripping non stop (we had to put a towel below the drip and it was still not enough). The cleaning service was horrible, we've asked for a room clean and they: - didn't change any of the towels (they just put the towels back even if we put them on the floor) - didn't replace our bed sheets even if we've precisely asked that (which were stained by the way when we got there) - they didn't vacuum at all I guess what they did for the room cleaning was to give us new shampoo, make our beds and fold our already used towels. I'm sorry but that doesn't sound like room cleaning to me.

Never going back! Pros: 1. Level 2 rooms are a bit bigger than floor rooms 2. Very hot room (can get a bit much during the might) 3. Good walls, no noise 4. Parking space in the front of building 5. Clean 6. Central location Cons: 1. Automatic doors at the enterance not working, we needed to open and close by hand 2. Personnel not friendly, but not rude 3. Sauna and jacuzzi in renovation (during out stay) even though it was not mentioned on Booking 4. Elevator was not functioning during our stay 5. Constantly dripping shower (broken) 6. Problems with wc tank, which continued to loose water after toilet flashing 7. Water was ceased in the entire building for 30 min in one of the mornings due to hotel renovations i believe 8. TV remote control: button for on/of was not functioning 9. Included breakfast was very basic and with limited options 10. Cannot control the radiotor heat level in the room 11. Ice and snow in the parking lot, nobody cleaned it during our stay 12. Huge, dangerous icicles hanging and falling from the roof
