The rooms and pool was great, breakfast was good nothing special but nothing to complain about. The customer service is shocking here. First I called up for directions to the place, and the lady that spoke to us had no idea how to explain how to get the hotel other than from the restaurant dedinje which was unhelpful when you're driving from outside belgrade and you haven't been to that part of town before. Secondly its like the staff couldn't care less about our experience and whenever we asked a question about accessing the city and where to go they answered the question without elaborating. It felt exhausting having to ask and think of everything rather than having someone explaining to a tourist how to get around the city belgrade and where to go. Also the information that was provided was wrong and made our life more difficult than it needed to be. We were told to take the 42 bus and you will arrive in the city centre, however that was wrong as you need to take another bus to get to the city centre. After a day of being out and about we arrived back to our room with a bed that was not made nor had anyone going in. It was dissapointing and we would never stay there again especially since its so far from the city centre.

I would recommend the place, room was big and spacious (could be cleaner though), pool is also very nice after long walks in the city. The location in Dedinje is perfect if you want to get away from the noise of the city. Service is something that they can improve a lot. Very young stuff is more or less lost and detached from the action. I don't look at them, but their superiors. As if they would not have had any on boarding. Completely unserious. And boys, buy some real bread for breakfast. Some toast and croissants will not do. All in all, everything is in place, but staff training is needed.
