Our check in was smooth, staff spoke English well and explained all we needed to know. The room was nice, there is complimentary coffee and tea in the room. The bathroom is spacious and has everything we need. The breakfast is very good, lots of choices. The bed is comfortable. There is a mini bar in the room for a fee. There is an elevator also. The hotel has a restaurant and a casino is in the building as well. The location is very close to the bus station.

Customer service is at its lowest. Front desk staff was extremely disrespectful. She became angry because we came to the lobby late for our taxi. I swear the woman acted like she met us in the street. I had to walk out not to be triggered to her level. Such a sour experience. She made me dislike the country. The room was clean, and the hotel is at close proximity to several tourist attractions. But customer service is minus 10
