I have been traveling for almost 2 months now in the Balkans. I stayed in a private room and this so far has been the worst place I have stayed. Small spaces (not like the pictures) crowded, the bathroom is dirty and kind of falling apart (holes in the wall, pipes coming out of nowhere), you can see through the toilets door which are in the same rooms as the shower. Only three showers and 2 toilets for too many people and the lack of cleanliness is the worst nightmare. Smells cigarette everywhere being produced mainly by staff and the smoke comes into the kitchen and common areas and even rooms. If you don’t mind being in a small crowded dirty, cigarettes smelly place with nice staff this is your place. PS: A lady was very impolite with me because I move her cup through the table when she was not there for me to be able to charge my computer. Is a very tiny common area, and I asked other people present if someone own the cup, nobody showed up, so I moved it. I say sorry to her and asked if she wanted back the place, she just keep saying very bad things to me, I apologize 3 times she went out came back talking to other people about what I did. At that point I asked if she was staff and the she answer: “why you are asking that, I don’t like you anymore”that was the final straw for me!
