The staff at the hotel was very helpful. However, there are serious problems with the cleanliness of the hotel. The cleaning staff only touches the room, does not complete the room's deficiencies, and throws away the materials you use. The breakfasts are quite diverse. Heating is a problem for room. because their air conditioner is not working. The shutters on the windows are problematic. The room is freezing. Although we expressed our complaint on this issue, unfortunately they did not help.
We chose this hotel because of its location near the bus station. Unfortunately it didn’t come up to our expectations. Some of the decor was very nice but other areas need attention especially the bathroom which needed a good clean. The a/c doesn’t go very low and as it is in the lounge area the sleeping area is very warm. |The hotel seems to be used mainly by coach trips. Breakfast is either manic or come down later to find every table dirty and no clean plates or cups. Nothing seems to be replenished. The restaurant staff were very rude.|The saving grace at this hotel is the receptionist Ivana who did her best to help us and others.
