Fantastic place. Amazing facilities, friendly staff. Especially loved the sauna they have. Location is great and they really care about their customers and the staff is helpful and flexible. If I could I'd give them six stars. When in Novi Sad accept no substitutes, stay at AMI Hotel.
We loved our stay here and will definitely come back, when we are in Novi Sad again. The room was very big and beautiful. Big, comfortable bed, big and clean bathroom. The room had everything we needed. The location is great. The hotel is at a very busy area, but the room was perfectly quite, no noise from the street at all. Very friendly staff. Very nice breakfast with plenty of food for vegetarians. Enclosed parking with cameras.
